systemsGo is a rapidly expanding IT Services provider specialising in IT infrastructure support and projects for multinational companies. We are headquartered in Japan with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore currently and other locations coming online soon.

We are seeking a bright and friendly individual with excellent communication skills and a track record for providing great customer service to join our Hong Kong organization in providing IT support and project services to our growing client base. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive salary & benefits. Responsibilities

• Provide regular scheduled and ad hoc IT support to systemsGo clients (MNCs)
• Assist with the creation and upkeep of client system documentation
• Complete project tasks as instructed by Project Managers on client or internal projects
• Assist the Sales team by collecting information on client systems and problems faced onsite
• Actively build on IT and communication skills to improve on skill set and effectiveness

Requirements

• Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly
• Able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively
• Experience with troubleshooting Wintel issues, Blackberries / mobile devices and network equipment
• 2 years experience in maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure in a corporate environment preferred
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. A reduction in the level of fluency requirements will be considered for outstanding candidates
• Minimum Win XP / 7 MCP/MCITP. MCTS/MCDST; MCSA/MCSE/MCITP highly desirable.
• Bright / outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered
• Immediate availability will be an advantage

Salary/Compensation

• HKD 15,000 – HKD 22,000 per month + year-end bonus
• 5-day work week, 14 days annual leave (accumulate annually to 18 days), health insurance including coverage for dependents, and personal development allowance.
