Single Visit Reports
Our engineers fill out a detailed work report after every visit. It includes:

• Starting and finishing times
• Assigned tasks 
• Status of tasks 
• Re-assignment of unfinished tasks 
• System improvement recommendations 

Monthly Summaries
Monthly summaries will show:

• Work completed in a given month
• Type of support delivered 
• Total time taken per visit 
• Name and level of engineers involved 
• Total points (hours) used in the month
