systemsGo does not provide any individual’s private information such as their Name, Phone number, E-mail Address, Address, Employment information etc. to any third party without first having permission from the individual. Whether to make this private information open or not depends on the individual’s decision and the individual may refuse to allow us to submit his/her private information.
Any private and confidential information submitted to systemsGo by individuals or clients will be used only for the purpose it was submitted for. Individuals and clients have a right to refuse to have systemsGo use their private and confidential information when they feel the usage is beyond the scope of the original purpose.
2. Provision of private and confidential information to third parties
systemsGo does not provide any individual or client’s information private and/or confidential to any third party without first receiving authorization from the individual or client with the exception of the following:
a. The individual can in no way be identified from the information disclosed,
b. The third party is a contractor of systemsGo and bound by a non-disclosure agreement,
c. systemsGo has been requested to provide such information by the legal authorities.

In order to protect private and confidential information from malicious manipulation, abuse, loss and leakage, systemsGo goes to great lengths to ensure such information is managed and protected in secure environments as appropriate for the information being stored.
4. Handing enquiries related to private and confidential information
Individuals and our clients may request to view information that systemsGo has collected on them. If so requested, information we have will be submitted to the individual or company once we can confirm the identity of the individual or that the company’s representative is authorized to obtain the information we may have.
