    Our story

    Our business is supporting our clients by keeping their day-to-day systems running through face-to-face user support or via our ASSURED solutions managed services suite so they don’t suffer from downtime. In emerging and expanding markets, we support our clients with their expansions into new offices and with hardware and software upgrades and installations.

    Our relationship with Rocket Software is a great example of us working to our key strengths.

    Providing a single point of contact for Rocket across the region, we’re able to communicate effectively and then executive at a local level.

    With multi-lingual support in all our locations and a cultural sensitivity to the business landscape, we’re able to support Rocket in the right way in each of their offices whether it’s user support across the region or establishing new office locations such as those that we have carried out for them in Yokohama and Sapporo in Japan, and Dalian in China.

    Because of Rocket’s own rigorous standards across their offices, our in-country Project Managers and IT Engineers were able to quickly learn the ‘Rocket’ way and combined with our extensive in-country and expertise and process methodologies, we were able to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of the Projects. Our relationship has now grown to include Regional IT Support services as well as procurement, audio visual, telephony, and other IT solutions, all of which are delivered and documented in-line with Rocket’s global standards.

    With Rocket’s business standards as a foundation we’ve had the opportunity at systemsGo to elevate ourselves to what we’d like to think is a mutually beneficial partner-level relationship.
