- Provide regular scheduled and ad hoc support to selected systemsGo MNC clients
- Troubleshoot and find solutions for end user computer problems at the desktop level
- Act as a consultant for IT systems configuration, migration and operations issues
- Replace PC and Server parts, perform hardware upgrades and conduct regular hardware maintenance
- Monitor client problems until they are resolved, providing frequent updates
- Assist systemsGo project teams to stage, configure and test IT equipment as needed to complete projects on schedule
- Communicate status of client issues and report to the Service Delivery Manager
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years Practical Working Experience as a Support Engineer
- Microsoft Certifications: MCSA/MCSE/MCITP Experience on Windows Server 2008 preferred
- Cisco Certifications: CCNA; CCNP/CCDA/CIPT desirable
- Should Have Solid Knowledge of Networking, Operating Systems and Applications
- Candidates with Technical Diploma, B.Sc. or B.EE. preferred
- English – Both written and spoken fluency required
- Mandarin – Spoken fluency required
