systemsGo is seeking a bright and friendly individual with excellent communication skills and a track record for providing great customer service to join our Singapore organization in providing IT support and project services to our growing client base. This is a permanent, full-time position offering competitive salary & benefits. You will have a unique opportunity to work in a variety of challenging IT environments to quickly build up your IT and communication skills.

Responsibilities (but not limited):

  • Provide regular scheduled and ad hoc IT support to systemsGo clients (MNCs)
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support at client office
  • Provide helpdesk and remote support
  • Complete project tasks as instructed by Service Delivery Manager on client or internal projects
  • Actively build on IT and communication skills to improve on skill set and effectiveness
  • Occasional after-hours assignments with appropriate compensation

Requirements:

  • Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly
  • Able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively
  • 2 years’ experience in IT helpdesk role or technical support role, supporting MNC preferred
  • Comfortable working in a team
  • Microsoft MCP certification preferred
  • Mac OS X knowledge or support experience preferred
  • Some experience in networking setup and support is an added advantage
  • Experience with help desk/ticketing systems preferred
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred
