systemsGo is seeking experienced Procurement Specialist on behalf our client who is the global leading company on medical device & equipment manufacturing. The selected candidates will be working at our client office full time. You must have experience in S.E.Z. (Special Economic Zones) on all aspects of the purchasing/procurement cycle (pricing, purchase request, order, logistic and invoicing) of IT products and services, able to leveraging and sourcing the cost-effective purchasing/procurement initiatives and projects to meet the business requirements. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships for bringing added values to our stakeholders, suppliers, partners and clients.


  • Maintain existing vendor relationships and develop new sources for procurement of IT products and services for projects and day to day purchases.
  • Assist with purchasing requests, during RFP/RFQ process to prepare the descriptions and pricing of procurement items – hardware, software and professional services.
  • When making a purchase, negotiate competitive pricing and lead times plus associated services such as delivery, installation, maintenance etc.
  • Maintain clear and precise procurement documentation including firm orders from approved quotes matched with corresponding purchase orders to vendors.
  • Liaise with accounting teams to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payment to vendors.
  • Monitor performance of suppliers on price-competitiveness, service quality, lead-times, etc. and revise preferred vendor lists as appropriate.
  • Track delivery dates and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
  • Maintain complete and accurate purchasing records, including vendor payment details, invoices, serial numbers, warranty details etc.
  • Liaise with IT Team to ensure that warranties & maintenance contracts are renewed annually and that inventory records are updated regularly as per defined policy.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in MNC in an Indirect Purchasing role
  • Strong negotiations skills and contractual knowledge and understanding to review, lead and manage purchasing/procurement cycle.
  • Good Inter-personal and communication skills, Ability to build strong relationship with stakeholders, vendors, partner.
  • Experience in multi-national working environment, Ability to work with the virtual teams for team works collaboration.
  • Proficiency in English.
