systemsGo wins regional deal with medical giant Stryker
Stryker and systemsGo have launched an Asia-Pacific regional relationship, an evolution of the partnership cultivated in Japan. For over 10 years, systemsGo has worked with Stryker, providing the medical technology giant with crucial services including Project Management (planning to implementation) and IT consulting to develop strategies and implement solutions. Importantly for a multinational corporation, Stryker has made use of systemsGo’s multilingual service offerings and network of local partnerships.
Paul Collings, Stryker’s IT Senior Manager, Regional Service Delivery, exclaims:
“The transition has been very professional and where we have wanted to bring across existing contractors, systemsGo have worked with the incumbent providers to get a fair deal in place to allow the movement.”
“It is important for me to have a high trust relationship between the companies and David and his team have certainly delivered on that. We have made great progress towards our goal of one provider for desk side support in the region and will look to continue with India and South Korea our next targets.”
“My interactions with all the systemsGo staff I have met have been excellent and I truly feel they understand our goals and want to work with us to get the best outcome for all involved.”
“Finally, and most importantly, during each of our country transitions so far, we have not experienced any dip in our Service levels to the business, and as we bed the teams in, we are starting to see further improvements.”
Stryker is one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. They offer innovative products and services in Orthopaedics, Medical and Surgical, and Neurotechnology and Spine that help improve patient and hospital outcomes. In addition to offices in Asia-Pacific, Stryker have a presence worldwide in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Following discussions between Stryker and systemsGo that started in late 2020, the partnership in Japan was extended to Stryker’s other Asia-Pacific offices as the requirements across the region were similar to those in the Japanese offices. systemsGo is now providing its services to Stryker’s service teams in Australia, China, Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong.
