systemsGo Combines with Joho Technology Inc., Creating New Industry Leader
IT infrastructure services company systemsGo today announced it will integrate with industry peer Joho Technology Inc. (“Joho”). With the move, systemsGo becomes one of the largest IT Infrastructure support and consulting firms operating in the foreign multinational market in Japan and Hong Kong.
systemsGo CEO David Devlin said, “We have known the Joho team for years are excited that we are now able to be joining forces. Together we can offer even more to our clients.”
Joho president Allan Lind commented, “We will continue to honour all existing contracts as is, and the Joho team, will continue to provide the same high level of support our customers expect with no break in continuity. Our two companies have a lot of complementary strengths. I firmly believe this will bring great benefits to both our customers and our employees.”
With the integration, systemsGo offers expanded engineering resources and secures a wider client base. systemsGo was particularly interested in Joho’s pool of talented bilingual staff and unique and specialized server health check, and the integration also gives systemsGo Cisco partner status.
David Devlin expanded further, “We now have an even stronger base for systemsGo to expand in Asia. Joho’s existing clients will benefit from this expanded network, both throughout Japan and abroad.”
